Dream Team Entertainment LLC is demanding $525,000 from The Game for failing to perform at the Kentucky Derby, The Jasmine Brand reports.

The promotion company first filed a lawsuit in October of last year after the rapper cancelled his set when he was denied the request to be the headlining act. Dream Team demanded the return of a $35,000 deposit and a $30,000 cancellation fee, neither of which it says was paid by The Game.

The Compton, California rapper has reportedly not appeared in court and on October 30, the company filed a request for a default judgment against him. Dream Team is seeking $355,000 in lost revenue, $160,000 from ticket sales and $10,000 from promotion of the performance, for a total of $525,000 in damages.
